These 6 Districts Can Take Back The House
We All Need to Help to
Take Back The House
California is a solid blue state. Everybody knows that. We will choose Joe Biden this year for president. Adam Schiff will be our next senator. Our state legislature and governor are blue, blue, blue. So it can be easy to forget that California has something precious in national politics: six purple, battleground districts that can determine the fate of the House of Representatives.
In 2022, we lost control of the House because voters in California and New York didn’t understand what was at stake. This year, we must take it back by making sure not only voters know what we will all lose if MAGA wins, but that they - the voters in our six purple districts - hold that power in their hands.
See the 6 districts here: CA 6 Districts - Select Six Districts drop down in menu and learn about each candidate and district. Scroll down to see upcoming events. We also have a great calendar on our site where you can choose from lots of actions to help these districts and other races throughout the country. Go to: Sonoma County Indivisible Calendar
Plenty to do: Postcards, TextBanks, PhoneBanks, Canvassing, Workshops. Commit to the effort to save our sanity.
You will see this site undergo changes in the next couple of months to better serve our official and unofficial Indivisible Sonoma County members. While we are making the changes over to another website and revamping our direction for 2024, please use our very extensive Calendar to find any events, actions, postcard writing, text parties, phone banks, training, canvassing.
The Calendar is being updated every day.
The twice a week newsletter will continue to have important information. You can sign up here: Sign Up for Newsletter which is the same as Action Alert Email Sign Up and Subscribing for Our Mailing List.
