Take Action 11.13.2017

We can defeat the Trump Agenda through continuous, relentless, focused action. Our ability to protect our national values is guaranteed by our willingness to put aside personal concerns as we work together toward a better future.

1.  STOP the Trump Tax Scam
Let’s be clear: the Trump Tax Scam is a massive giveaway to the wealthy and corporations, paid for by raising taxes on some middle class families and forcing deep cuts to Medicaid, Medicare, and Social Security down the road.

2. Scripts
There is only one way that we will stop the Republican Congress from giving a giant tax break to the very wealth - our calls. Some time in the next few days the Republican House will vote to approve their most recent version of the Tax Scam. We need to call our representatives - and encourage our friends and family members living in other states to pick up the phone and make their calls.

Amid all the furor over candidates, scandals, and the Republican President’s trip to Asia, the press has misplaced what Congress is doing. Our job is to help our nation find its way. We count on each other to do this.

You can find those scripts here (Scripts 11.13.17) and on Amplify.
