Health and the Affordable Care Act

Hi, my name is ______ and I'm calling from [City, Zip]. I am also a member of Indivisible Sonoma County. I'm calling to ask [Senator Feinstein or Harris] what she will do right now to continue to protect US citizens from the constant threat of loss of health care.  Although the House did not vote on the ‘repeal and replace’ legislation, both House and Senate Republicans are working to eliminate funding for, restrict access to, and eliminate insurance options for affordable health insurance. Waiting to react to an unexpected midnight vote is not the answer.  Thank you. Uploaded to Amplify 4/19 HA

Science and climate change

Hi, my name is ______ and I'm calling from [City, Zip]. I am also a member of Indivisible Sonoma County.  Friday, April 21 is Earth Day, and Senator Harris is urging the Republican President and the Republican Congress to continue to be party to the Paris Climate Accord.  While this is a good thing, I hope [Senator Harris or Feinstein] will go further and immediately introduce legislation that reinforces the EPA’s role as the primary scientific agency addressing climate change.  Please do it to protect the earth for us and the generations to follow.  Thank you.

Call Congressman Thompson (District 5) or Congressman Huffman (District 2)

Health and the Affordable Care Act

Hi, my name is ______ and I'm calling from [City, Zip]. I am also a member of Indivisible Sonoma County. Thank you, [Representative Thompson or Harris] for your continued efforts to continue to protect US citizens from the constant threat of loss of health care. I'm calling to ask what he will do right now to address ongoing efforts to attack the Affordable Care Act. Although the House did not vote on the ‘repeal and replace’ legislation, both House and Senate Republicans are working to eliminate funding for, restrict access to, and eliminate insurance options for affordable health insurance. Waiting to react to an unexpected midnight vote is not the answer.  Thank you.
