Enough is enough. Chuck Schumer must break the blockade of military appointments. And our state representatives must revoke the utility tax.

BREAK TUBERVILLE’S BLOCKADE

Senator Tommy Tuberville is in the act of decapitating our entire military’s leadership by blocking promotions. He’s doing it by using an old rule that essentially gives one Senator a veto. This is insane. And dangerous. Senate Majority Leader Schumer must put an end to this immediately by overriding Tuberville’s blockade.

Please call your Senators and say:

I’m calling to ask the Senator to pressure Majority Leader Schumer to override Tommy Tuberville’s dangerous blockade on military promotions. Schumer has the authority to disallow Tuberville’s vetoes. For the safety of our country, he needs to use it.

REPEAL THE UTILITY TAX

Please call your State Legislators and say:

I’m calling to ask you to repeal the Utility Tax, Public Utilities Code Section 739.9. The tax increases the utility bills of millions of Californians while discouraging energy conservation. It has to go.
