The only sufficient solution to the rogue MAGA judges who have captured our Supreme Court is to rebalance the Court. The only sufficient solution to the climate crisis bearing down on us is to move faster on electrifying everything - including declaring a climate emergency.

In order to protect the American people and ensure equal justice under the law, I’m calling on you to support rebalancing the Court by co-sponsoring the Judiciary Act of 2023 (S. 1616 / H.R. 3422).
