Calls to Elected Officials

This past week, MAGA judges on the Supreme Court continued to rule as they wished, without regard for the law or precedent. They continue to do this for the wealthy, corrupt backers who installed them on the Court. Capturing the Court is a deliberate and effective attack by those who want to take away our freedoms so that they can rule over us. If we cherish those freedoms - among them the freedom to control our own bodies, to choose who we love, to choose our faith, or our gender - we have no choice but to rebalance the Court.

Unlike term limits, rebalancing is unquestionably constitutional. Unlike ethics reform, rebalancing won’t rely on uncertain enforcement. As happens with most big reforms, it is we, the many, who must push for this change. We need our elected officials to follow our lead. They can start now, by co-sponsoring the Judicial Act of 2023, which will rebalance the Court by adding four seats.
