Whitaker is Unfit to be Attorney General

Whitaker is a political crank who disagrees with the most fundamental cornerstones of American legal thought, beginning with Marbury v Madison. He’s a religious bigot who doesn’t trust judges who don’t have a “biblical” orientation. He worked for a company that defrauded its customers. And he’s a Trump apparatchik who was installed to protect Trump, not the Constitution or the country. In every dimension, he’s unqualified. Denounce his appointment.

I’m calling to ask [the MoC] to denounce Trump’s disgraceful abdication of presidential responsibility in Paris, where he insulted veterans and allies alike by missing ceremonies and showing up late for others.
The ceremonies commemorated the 100th anniversary of Armistice Day, also our Veterans Day. Trump’s behavior was an affront to all Americans who have served or are now serving in our armed forces and to those who gave their lives in WWI. His display, whether of cowardice or pique, was inexcusable. It must be condemned.

Count the Votes & Counter Republican Lies
Hi, my name is _______ and I’m a constituent from zip code______ and a member of Indivisible. I’m calling to ask [the MoC] to demand that all of the votes in Florida and Georgia be counted and that Republicans immediately cease their lies about “voter fraud”.
The Florida election results have narrowed and the elections for both Senate and governorship have gone into recount. Evidently out of fear of the outcome, Florida governor Rick Scott has begun a campaign of baseless lies, accusations of “voter fraud” with no substantiation whatsoever. He has been echoed by Marco Rubio, Donald Trump and the RCCC.
In Georgia, the Democratic candidate for Governor, Stacey Abrams, was forced to file suit asking a judge to delay vote certifications in the unsettled governor's race by one day and to make officials count any votes that were wrongly rejected.
These efforts to prevent local governments from counting all the votes are inexcusable.
The accusations undermine faith in our democracy and the election and are completely and utterly without merit. Furthermore, Scott should join Georgia Gubernatorial candidate Kempshould recuse himself from overseeing the recount, due to his obvious conflict of interest. Denounce them and demand Scott’s recusal and an unimpeded recount!
